I was given a gift of oracle cards, and it had a little message card in it:
“Persistence–Being persistent is waaaaay more important thant being perfect. Being perfect doesn’t make you an amaing person…learning from your mistakes and persisting forward does.”
And the card instructed: “Good karma begets good karma begets good karma. So be sure to be giving this card away withing 24-48 hours to keep the begetting going. Merci!”
I decided to share the message with you dixiblog readers instead of sending out a “chain” quote card. Consider yourselves begat.
for folks who work with pdf, psd and other adobe-software-generated files: getting those thumbnail views back - if you miss the thumbnail preview on adoble files (photoshop, illustrator, pdf, etc), here’s how to fix it. if you don’t know what i’m talking about, please feel free to ignore.

going a little crazy, i guess. but not bad crazy.
I’ve been SWAMPED with work. Again. Which hey, I’m not bitching about. Busy is good for a freelancer, I know. I appreciate the work–and especially the checks. Checks are good. Very good.
Anyway, that’s the thing. Busy with work, dealing with my family, and doing my thing. I will write more soon. But I’m doing fine. Just busy.
