Finally got my new camera…yay! (I had to cancel the order from the first place and reorder with someplace slightly more expensive, but WAY more reliable). Anyway, I’m looking at the book here and the kidlet snapped me. Didn’t it do a great job on my hair color?

I got my “Christmas Camera.” Or, at least, I ordered it. I wanted a digital camera at Chrismtas, but darlin’ hubby doesn’t know squat about ‘em. So I picked out my own.
I am SO excited. I don’t know. Is that silly? It’s a camera, man. It’s just a camera.
But I like cameras. I like taking pictures. It feels creative. It’s looking for interesting things in everyday life. 
In fact, sometimes I like to take walks with my camera. Just to see what I see.
Hey. I wonder how that image stabilization feature will work on the hummingbirds this season?
Hmmm.
Anywho, I’m excited. I’ve also ordered a cool Crumpler bag and and extra battery and car charger. I’m set, dude.
I’m expecting to get the shebang next week. Yay! I’ll post some of the pix when I get a chance to try it out.
