it’s almost my anniversary, and i’ve had a lot going on lately anyway, so i’ve been feeling a bit self-indulgent.

i’ve been eyeing the little ipod shuffles. i don’t like the stupid itunes crap–it makes no sense to me to require you to turn an .mp3 into a propriatary format before it will play–but i love the tiny size and the clip you hook it on your clothes with. so convienent! so i was looking at ebay. and i found something pretty cool.

so i got me an almost-ipod: the same design, the same chipset (so it should be the same quality), the same size and color, but not from apple, so no itunes required. AND it was $50 cheaper than the apple version of the shuffle, anyway. how cool is that?

i also got myself an “anti-aging starter kit” from the infameous bath and body works sale. i had gotten an “evening out essentials kit” that was on a serious sale that features products from patricia wexler, who is supposed to be “dermatologist to the stars.” and i really liked the stuff! it minimized wrinkles and made me look younger right away. so i ordered the other kit. can’t wait to see how it works.
