ok, it’s not in a popup window because i haven’t fixed the security filter not letting me do that, but here is my time lapse work video i was playing around with… in quicktime .mov format.

I can’t really post my roses opening video online because I can’t get it to compress enough and it’s not that good yet. but i did learn a few things…

•  zoom in…make sure you already have the shot framed that you want before you take the pix.
• reduce your camera’s resolution. a few hundred 6-mexapixel pictures are HARD to compress enough to put on a website.
• roses open SLOWLY. one pic every 5 minutes is much too fast.
• tripods rule.

been reading some online tips and will try again with some other fun photo stuff…

Tried to do a time lapse thing with the beautiful roses my daughter Bailey got for me for Mother’s day. It didn’t work out amazing in so far as seeing the flowers opening, but it was fun.

Mmmmm. This is what you get, when you have a cell phone that takes video and an unlimited data package. you send things like this… i should be ashamed, i know. but somehow, i just don’t care.
